What our customers say
Every customer gets a review request after the job, and we read all of them. Below is a sample from across the valley. The complete list is on our Google Business Profile.
Our 1930s North End house had roots in the clay sewer line every spring. Nate ran the camera, showed us the breaks on his tablet, and the crew replaced the lateral in two days without touching the big maple out front. No more backups.
Heater died on a Sunday night. Carlos was there Monday morning with a new unit on the van, had it installed by noon and hauled the old one away. The quote he gave on the phone was the price we paid.
We'd replaced two dishwashers in eight years before anyone explained what Nampa water was doing to them. Clearwater sized a softener for our family of five and the difference in the shower glass alone was obvious in a week.
Two other companies quoted a tankless without looking at our gas line. Clearwater measured it, upsized the run, added a scale filter and the unit has been flawless for three winters. They clearly knew what they were doing.
Galvanized pipe had our pressure down to a trickle. The repipe took three days, the drywall patches were nearly invisible, and we can finally run the washer and the shower at the same time.
Kitchen drain on the Bench backed up for the third time in a year. Instead of just snaking it again they jetted the line and showed me the grease buildup on camera. Eight months later, still clear.
Our water bill doubled and we couldn't find a drip anywhere. The tech located a slab leak under the hallway with his listening gear, rerouted the line through the attic and we never had to break the floor.
A hose bib split during the January cold snap and flooded the crawl space. A real plumber answered at 11pm, talked me through shutting off the main, and was at the house by 7am to fix it and check the rest of the lines.
Jess got us scheduled the same afternoon I called. The plumber cleared the main line, wore shoe covers, and explained what to stop putting down the disposal. Polite, fast and fairly priced.
Why we ask
Plumbing is a trust business. Most of what we do is behind a wall, under a slab or at the bottom of a trench, and the customer has to take our word that it was done right. Reviews are how the next homeowner checks that word against the experience of the last one. When a review points out something we could have done better, Nate calls the customer personally and we change how we do it.
